1.Digital Product Nature

All our products are delivered digitally, which means you gain immediate access to the design files upon successful purchase. Due to the non-returnable and non-tangible nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

2.No Refunds After Download

We do not process refunds for digital downloads that have already been delivered. Once a design has been downloaded, it is considered used, and the sale is final. Please review product descriptions, previews, and file details carefully before completing your purchase.

3.Exceptions for Technical Issues

We do understand that technical issues can occur. If you are unable to download your file, or the file is corrupted or does not open as expected, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at [your email]. We will either help you resolve the issue or send a replacement file.

4.Unauthorized Transactions

If a purchase was made fraudulently or without your knowledge, we advise you to report it to your bank or payment provider immediately. If you notify us with proof of the issue, we may review the case at our discretion.

5.File Compatibility

Our templates are generally provided in common formats such as CDR (CorelDRAW), AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, or SVG. It is your responsibility to ensure you have compatible software to open and use the files. We are not liable for incompatibility issues if proper software is not available on your end.
